At Magma, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as effortless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Magma tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
