David Sparshott’s virtuoso illustration work captures every detail of the material world, from the texture of clothes to the elaborate design of sports gear. While the artist was obviously fascinated with the workings of bikes and bike races (and various other subjects) we were fascinated by the workings of his own art—so much so that we asked him to produce a chart of all his pencils with their pencil lines.
